1. Booking Online: To secure your appointment, please book online through our scheduling system. This helps us manage our appointments efficiently and provide the best service possible.
2. Guest Policy: Due to our space constraints and to maintain a quiet atmosphere for all, we kindly request that only clients receiving services be present in the salon. Children are welcome to have one parent or guardian accompany them during their appointment. (If multiple children are being serviced they are all welcome but please be mindful of volume)
3. Arrival: Upon arrival, please send me a text, and I’ll let you in. This helps us manage our space and ensure that each appointment runs smoothly.
4. Late Arrivals: To respect everyone’s time, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, we’ll need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
5. Payment: At this time, no deposits are required. You can prepay for your service when booking online if you prefer. We accept credit/debit cards and cash if you choose to pay at the time of your service.
